By using this website or buying from it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the business changes. The current version is always the one on this page, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

Using this website

• You must be old enough to enter into a contract in your state to buy from us.
• Do not use the site or our products for anything unlawful.
• Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, or upload anything harmful to it.
• Do not copy, resell or republish parts of this site without our written permission.

We may refuse or cancel an order, or withdraw access to the site, if these terms are broken.

Products, prices and availability

Prices on this website are in Indian Rupees and include GST at the applicable rate. The price you see is the price you pay — shipping within India is included.

We try hard to describe products accurately, but colours on your screen, photography and packaging can vary. If what arrives is materially different from what was described, that is a return and we will put it right.

We may change prices, withdraw a product or limit quantities at any time without notice. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

Windbooster GT is sold for a specific car. Choosing the correct make and model at checkout is how we know which connector to send. If the car is not listed, choose “Other” and we will confirm the connector with you before dispatch.

Fitting and use of the product

Windbooster GT changes how the accelerator pedal signal is delivered to the engine. It does not change engine management, fuelling or any safety system, and it does not increase engine power.

You are responsible for driving safely and lawfully. Sharper throttle modes make the car respond faster to your foot; choose a mode suited to the road and conditions. Lock mode is not an immobiliser — the engine still starts and the car can still be moved at idle speed.

Fit the device as described in the instructions, or have a fitting partner do it. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect fitting, by modification of the device, or by use of the product other than as intended.

Orders and payment

An order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details.

If we suspect a fraudulent or duplicate order, we may hold it while we contact you.

Delivery, returns and warranty

Delivery is covered by our shipping and delivery policy. Cancellations, returns and exchanges are covered by our returns and cancellations policy. The 5 year product warranty and how to claim on it are set out on the warranty page. Those three pages form part of these terms.

What we collect and what we do with it is set out in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

Accuracy of the site

We may occasionally get something wrong — a price, a specification, a fitment listing. Where that happens we reserve the right to correct it and, if it affected your order, to cancel the order and refund you. Nothing on this site is a guarantee that information is complete or current, and you should not rely on it as your only source.

Other websites

This site links to services we do not control, such as WhatsApp, Google Maps and our partners’ own pages. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

Limits on our liability

We stand behind what we sell: if the product is faulty we will repair, replace or refund it under the warranty and returns policies above, and nothing here limits any right you have under Indian consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — for example loss of time, loss of earnings, or the cost of alternative transport — arising from the use of this website or the product. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the product it relates to.

Intellectual property

The Windbooster name and logo, the text, images and layout of this site belong to UGLARE INFRATRONICS LLP or are used with permission. Dealer names and logos belong to those businesses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
