Tell us your car’s make, model and year and we will confirm the right connector. If there is a partner near you, they can fit it while you wait and demo the modes first.
I need help with mine
Fitting questions, a device that is not behaving, or a warranty claim. Send the serial number and a photo or short video of what it is doing and we can usually answer straight away.
I run a shop

Before you call about a fault
Most problems people ring about turn out to be a connector that is not fully seated rather than a failed device — and that is a five-minute fix.
If the display is dead, the pedal feels wrong or the car has gone into limp mode, work through the checks on the installation page first. If it is still wrong afterwards, tell us what happened when you did and we will pick it up from there.
