Dispatch

Orders for items in stock are usually dispatched within 24 hours of the order being confirmed. You will get tracking details as soon as the parcel leaves us.

A few connectors are made to order rather than held in stock. Where that applies to your car we will tell you at the time of the order, and procurement typically takes 15 to 30 days before the parcel ships.

Shipping charges

Shipping within India is included in the price shown on the product page. There is nothing added at checkout.

Where we ship

We ship across India. We do not currently ship outside India from this website — if you are outside India, write to us at contactus@windbooster.in and we will tell you who supplies your market.

What can delay a parcel

Weather, transport disruption and courier backlogs during festivals are the usual causes. Made-to-order connectors depend on procurement. We track every order and will tell you if yours slips — you should not have to chase us.

If your parcel is late, damaged or missing

Tell us within 7 days of the expected delivery date, with your order number and any photographs of damaged packaging. Email contactus@windbooster.in, call +91 98189 52900, or message us on WhatsApp. We will trace it with the courier and either replace the order or refund it.

Please check the parcel before signing for it where you can. A parcel that is visibly damaged is easier for us to claim on if you refuse it or note the damage with the courier.
